I think it's great that you are including herbs into your program! I know there were some women who added a Funugreek Tea to their morning routine and saw a lot of growth. Remember, commit to the same time every day. The closer you can stay to that time the better (I try to keep it within a hour). I also posted some exercises on my page that really seem to help with lifting and shaping. If you received a little booklet with your BA they should be in there as well. Good Luck!
