Thanks so much for your suggestions! I havent thought of the shops for home brewers, I'll definitely look into that!! As for the dried hops flowers, I did think of getting those but figured those would only be good for tea, which I dont think gives you a substantial amount for the phytoestrogens it contains to be effective. But if I'm able to find the pellets you mention, I'll be a happy camper!
