I agree with the others not to use any herbs at your age. And you're the same age and ethnicity as me so it's good I found another growing buddy
You can use the Cocoa Butter as I found it helped a lot for me but ONLY if it does NOT contain alum water. Use it on the sides and underneath of your breasts as massaging everywhere can make your breasts smaller apparently.
Have you considered using hypnosis like the rockmelon ringtone and boobster?
