Jun the club of confusion but the more you read, ask questions, listen to your body and gut, and trail and error..it will slowly happen maybe fast or maybe slow..but your smart to start with the basics..IMO I would start out with diet,supps.. then read some more, then do some changes along the way..I changed mine alot well too much but had too, actually coming to a plan that I can stick to.. I so far for diet cut most sugar, most carbs, stick to protein and veggies.. Others on here can give more details of foods do's and donts of food..I just ate and my brain is in blank mode..
