I THINK ITS ABOUT THAT TIME FOR ME TO CREATE A PROGRAM

First off, i want to thank all of the lovely people on this site who have helped me out.

Currently I'm A 36C
Age: 16
Sex: Female
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 125-140lbs
Race: African American
NO KIDS
very athletic
SOOO................................................................................
So far my little program includes fenugreek(3 in the morning and 3 at night) , chi massage, biotin, and 20 push-ups and sit-ups in the morning and night. I've heard of massaging with coco butter but idk.. Should i include saw plametto??
any suggestions????
