I take with soy milk organic. If I do not I feel tired or get a headache.
Now I am a TS taking 3000mg daily but once a week i take 1500. If I drink I plan ahead and will not take PM the night beofre or that day of drinking or the morning after. I am feeling some changes in the breast area and I am shaping nice. I will keep you all posted after my 2nd month.
