Hi all...
Yes they arrived!!! anyway.. the cream came with directions ( paper)and so did the pills (on bottle only) it says pretty much what I posted above, just the part of how many to take and with a form of calcium, the rest that is listed above link is just a brief discription.. now my point is it doesnt say anything on the bottle or any where not to take during any cycles just say each day, not take such and such days after such and such cycle...so I am going to take one today and go slow and see what happens.. As for the cream.. I am already feeling some tingling and it is just only 10 mins from application lets see after I do another app to night and taking a pill.. so far good stuff IMO...
