I know alot of people include collagen or gelatin in their program for nbe
i was just wondering if i could just eat a pack of mix instead of buying gelatin supplements, i know my grandma allways used to say jelly mix was good for growing long nails so i wonder if its the same
because it would save money you can buy a 100g pack of jelly mix for like 20p at asda
