yes I will be following a herbal method

I started to take 1 cap of fenugreek 3 times a day with milk.

I had my thyroid tested and I have an over-active thyroid, so I will be researching so natural ways to deal with rthis since I really do not what to take the medication the doctor prosribed for me.
