Hello all,
I'm completely new to this site and to this solution (BO). I tried using the herbal approach for months and saw no results. I would now like to try BO. However, I have no clue where to start. I'm sure there are links similar to mine already, and if someone could help direct me that would be very much appreciated (I get lost in these threads). Do I start with cleansing? Should I take certain test prior to staring BO? Here are some stats about me:
-21 year old female
-5 ft 7inches tall, 125lbs
-AA cup
-Healthy diet, don't smoke
-no kids
