This is my PM program log. I am new to NBE, so I am learning as I go. If anyone has any tips, suggestions, or encouragement send it my way!
I was naturally very small and skinny growing up, making me a late-bloomer (I didn't start my period until I was 14, almost 15). My breasts began filling an A cup in high school, and got to the size they are now when I began college. I don't feel my breasts are inadequate or anything; I'm okay with them at their current size. I just feel they haven't reached their full potential. My mom and my aunts have C-D size breasts. I've filled out a bit in my hips and butt within the past year and a half, so I think I may have more boob growth left. They just need a little push.

- On 4/27 I started removing the PM powder from the capsule and swallowing it alone with water. It tastes like what I imagine sawdust would taste like.
- I ordered PM cream and will add it to the regimen when it arrives in the mail.
