i mixed eucerine lotion with fenugreek,sawpametto,wild jam,and i cant remember off hand oh yea fennel.and massaged 5 minuted in the morning and 5 minutes at night.and then i took it internally.along with redclover tea.
then i switched to bo,generic and was taking 5 in the morning and 4 at night,.along with ltyrosin and kelp.a multi vitamin and adrenal glandular,so that worked very well.i just have not had a period for 2 months.crazy .i took a break to do the hcg diet .and then i will start back up again.

How long did it take you to achieve the 2 inches growth on herbs? When you took the herbs internally, did you take the pills? How many mg a day for each of the fenugreek, sawpalmetto, and wild yam?
