Ok so shortly after my post i stopped nbe..i stopped the spearmint tea to see what would happen and the next day i was covered in acne. It was spreading to my arms! The thing is, I switched my msm brand to opi since walmart didn't have any and by that night i started breaking out. Taking out the msm for good.
My boobs have retained some growth, i can feel the difference from before my period. I will be switching to borage oil once at night and only using epo in my boobie batter. Wahaika says this will help with the acne. I'm going to give hops a try for a month as well.
I have four pounds of fenugreek, no way i'm giving up my nbe journey this soon. I'm still getting soreness in my boobs but the soreness is dying away as the days go by. I feel it's important i start back up soon. I have no new acne so i think i'll just start with some fennel tea for now.
If i start breaking out again like i did before, i'm going to have to stop nbe. Yes it really was that bad. I'm pretty confident that its because i stopped the spearmint tea and the msm.
Something else is going on with me that has just reached a new level of intensity.. im not taking any herbs since shortly after my last post and my sex drive is well..constantly there. Even more than before, and its really annoying. I've always had an average healthy sex drive but this is insane. It's actually somewhat embarrassing for me! The past two days have been the worst. It's a good thing i'm not a male lol. Could the herbs really still be affecting my system this strongly?
