The beginning of the exercise is the same for men and women.
Enter a meditation state and begin microcosmic orbit. Feel the chi as a fire energy and move it from Hara (belly button) to Huaiing (crotch).Then move it up the spine to pariental chakra. Then move your energy to the front part of your body and return it to Hara. From this moment the exercise for women is different.
Begin the exercise with "root lock" (will find the detailed description later) . To do it sit on a floow and press your heel to your vagina and clitoris. Use firm, permanent pressure as if there's a glass ball or a cusion between your legs. Press your tongue just behind your upper teeth. This is the main posture for most of Kundalini or Chi-gong exersices. Then move your inner wqarmth to your hands, rubbing the palms against each other untill they become warm. Put your hands on your breasts, feel the warmth and start massaging in the direction of upwards and outwards. Do it 18 times without touchinf the nipples and feel how chi is moving to your vagina, pineal gland, pituitary, root chakra, third eye.
