Good news or bad news first?
I always choose good news.
I've lost a pretty decent amount of weight. I'm weighing in around 118 and before I was having a huge time trying to pass the 120 mark! I haven't been doing anything extra really, I think my metabolism is just kicking back in...hopefully. Lost an inch off of my waist. Easily 26" now, if I hold my belly up a bit then I get closer to 25". Yay. Hips are still 36.5" which is nice, because I like the extra curves that beer gave me.
Sadly though, I still have that handful of belly fat...that beer gave me. I really need to start my ab exercises again. I'll go for a week and then get distracted, mostly by tests and then life, of course.
Bad news.
I have also lost a half inch off of my bust line. I measured at 33.5 today.
Le sigh.
I ordered a 3 month supply of UB. Current fiscal issues made it a choice between UB or finish out my 6 months of Zoft and honestly, I only grew an inch with Zoft and I didn't keep it (maybe from weight loss? Who knows.). I feel as though even if I lose what I had gained it would be what? A half inch? I'll deal. I'd rather start on something that really gives results. I'm not saying that Zoft is bad, I definitely saw a change from it but it didn't do too much. I'm hoping that I'll see real results from UB.
36" is my goal, a full 34B/32C.
I know that you're supposed to start on the first day after your period but I want to finish my last three packs of Zoft (like...5 more days) and if I need to do a 7 day cleanse (plus at least 2 more days for shipping) that'll put me a little over a week in to my cycle. How imperative do you guys think it is to start on day 1? I actually haven't started my new pack yet and I could just hold out until after my cleanse, then start UB on day 1 of my pack...suggestions?
