oh girls please don't get me wrong - I don't think you're doing any harm by massaging the way it is shown in that video! I'm just saying that it's worth getting to know the "original" ritual. I wasn't that much into that "chi energy" thing. Yes, I heard about it, even my yoga teacher talks about it. The ritual Daine Stein describes is coming from daossism tradition where they work not just with body but with this energy too. It's strange for most of us to hear that we can accumilate this energy, move it around in our bodies, use it where it's needed. But I'm sure it's working. If you think about certain part of your body or organ - that's where you place the "chi". I'm afraid of explaining something wrong because trust me - I'm no specialist in this. Maybe you can just google it and see for yourself if I explained something wrong?
Anyways, I think I will find some time and post what this ritual consists of, over here in this forum. My book is not in English, so you will have to use my translation Maybe it was silly of me to buy the whole book purely because I wanted to read about this "chi massage for breast enlargement". But I found it very interesting even though I can't use most things which are described there. I first downloaded it somewhere (torrents) but the copy was bad - few pages were missing, only the beginning of the massage was there. So I had to buy the book!
If used correctly this ritual is said to improve the whole "feminine system" - menstrual cycle, breasts, figure, skin, sex drive, so on. OK, now I understand I just have to translate and put it over here, I guess you're really curious now! I promise to do it during the week!
