My new and improved routine:
Morning:
(After shower) Pink top, Black top, White top and No top massage followed by cocoa butter underneath and on sides of breasts, and Vaseline Intesive Care (with added Vitamin A and E) massaged on to breasts and body
During the day:
Boobster Hypnosis for at least 30 mins
Evening:
Pink top, Black top, White top and No top massage and 10 palm presses
Diet:
Every morning on weekday: a bowl of rice krispies with full-fat milk
Sunday morning: English breakfast- bacon, sausage and egg
Lunch: Usually a bacon panini
Dinner: Whatever my mum decides to cook
I was going to add soy milk to my diet, but I tasted it and it just tasted like, I don't even know, nuts or plant? Either way I didn't like it
