Anastasia is right, ask in those spaces your more likely to get the response you want but yes you can take saw palmetto but it can make you gain weight apparently so be careful. I’m surprised you can’t find fenugreek, you can find it in the herb/spice section in the supermarket sometimes, and you don’t have to look in specialist places necessarily. Red clove I have no clue about.
As you have started a programme these spaces are really good for getting assistance and advise for improving your programme and new things you could try. If you tell us a little about yourself, age, measurements what your goal is etc. so we can tell you a little more about what might work for you. It’s important because if you are quite young, herbs are a no-no.
I would tell everyone to do some massage it works wonders as well as a bit of exercise but I’m guilty of not doing that part I must admit.
