I am by far no expert in NBE. I am a newbie as well. But if you take the time to read around the forum....it seems that some things work for some, and not for others, and vice versa. It's mostly just a trial and error of what will work for you and your body. Also, Cheryl1989 is a great source of information, and has a forum as well. It's very informative. A little difficult to navigate, as with any other forum I would assume. But she tells in detail about a great many things, which you won't find here. I think you should take a look.
