Hi.
One has to be a little careful what one says on this forum for fear of being shot down.
I have just started using a cream along with my PM capsules and I have dropped the SP.
I guess I can only wait to see if there are additional developements before suggesting this particular brand.
It appears that PM results are different on individual users so it seems a question of trying something and making ones own mind up.
