I have posted a few times on here, and am having a really hard time choosing what to do. I am very excited to start growing and I was thinking of just doing PM Cream (or Serum, which i have only recently found). I am a 27 year old woman in the US.
Of the PM Creams out there, i seem to see a few brands stand out more often, which of these are most effective? Can PM be just as effective if only used topically? is there another one you could recommend

My last thought is that I saw Ainterol has powder in the 100mg capacity and I thought that I could buy that, and take some as capsules, fill my own, and mix some with oil/lotion and use it as a cream. Please let me know what you think i should do. I am very eager to start!!
