18 months post brava

I used the brava system for about 8 months (i deleted my stats text doc) but i used to do an averege of 14 hours a day. i'm a small b and was getting monster boobs when taking brava off. during the treatment i got a bone lump on the sternum that is still there. thank god it's not very visible. Unfortunately it's the only thing that is still there. i think in 2 months after stopping i lost everything. it is possible that brava does create new tissue but i think that tissue is fat only and i'm a fat burning machine (5"8 and 114 lb). So for me it was just a bit of torture that i now look back at and can't believe i did all that for nothing. In the mean time i made peace with my size.
I'm not saying Brava cannot work but it didn't work for me. They do say that being skinny doesn't help and it seems that's true. Still, good luck to everyone.

Oh gosh. That is the absolute worst news I could hope to hear. I am very thin as well. I have started off totally flat and after breast-feeding, my breasts went right back down. The only thing I hope to have going for me is that my weight has been virtually constant since 8th grade (except pregnancy) and if Brava does create any fat in my breasts, it will be new fat in a new place.
But boy, am I scared. If I go back to where I started, it will truly be to nothing. It is hard to make peace with my size, since there is no size at all. Just a nipple and rib bones. It looks terrible and there is no way I can even pretend I have something by wearing a padded bra, since it just rides up over my non-existent breasts.

I am so sorry to hear this Lexy!
This is my biggest fear. That I will loose everything after I finish.
My weight is usually very steady so I hope that will help me keeping mine. I just finished yesterday and so far I still have all the 6 cm I gained. I am hoping I will only loose 2.

Lexy,
thanks for your report. I'm so sorry to hear about the results that just melted away, but it's good to hear that you made peace with your size! The days I have good swelling, I get up to about a small B cup and I think I look great in that, so I'm sure you do look very good as you are!! I take it you're not planning to do any other type of NBE? You have the exact same BMI as I do (17,3) which is a lot lower than the "underweight" category - under 18.5. I think I read somewhere that in order to do well with NBE you should have an BMI of at least 22...
I will add your results to my compilation of brave results from this board, hope you don't mind.
Roakie and Cousin Rose,
don't be too discouraged! Still, the vast majority of Brava users will gain and keep measurable growth - I keep my fingers crossed for both of you (and all of us here!)

Well, my BMI was measured at a University Lab in some sort of pod capsule that I am supposed to sit in. It's supposed to be the most accurate measurement of any device for BMI. I came out somewhere about 15.75%. There's nothing I can do about it. I have always been thin, but even at that percentage, I STILL have cellulite on my thighs and butt. I eat REALLY well, don't exercise like a fanatic, and my BMI has always stayed about the same.
If I grow breasts, it will be a huge miracle but I am determined.
