Ok, I waited 4 weeks after I stopped using Brava to make sure there was no leftover swelling. I could only wear it for 8 weeks because of an unexpected event, but I still saw results.
I started out as a 34A and I am now truly a 34B. My A bras are too small - they feel tight and uncomfortable. I took out the padding from my swimsuit tops - don't need it any more.
My husband was a complete skeptic - "worthless" was his assessment after looking at the website. He is surprised and amazed, and totally convinced now.
I plan to do another session in the fall - maybe 12-16 weeks. I could tell that around the 6th week, there was a change - the swelling didn't go down that much any more. I hated to stop just when I seemed to be gaining momemtum, but it couldn't be helped.
I wore Brava every night without fail for at least 10 hours; some days more (14+ hours). I believe that the most important thing is consistence.
Good luck to all, and I hope this will be of some encouragement.

congrats!! i'm starting to see more results too. i'm currently on my 10th week and i'm starting to notice more growth. my 34b bra is too tight during the day and fairly tight at night. the swelling is lasting a lot longer and it is encouraging me to not give up. the only bad thing is its starting to get really hot and it makes sleeping with this very uncomfortable!! i want to wear this for another 6 weeks at least but if it gets too hot and unbearable then i might give up sooner....
brava is definitely more ideal to wear in the winter time.

Nice job, Persistance is the key with brava.
Reason i have kept at it for so long. I am at 2880 hours as of midnight tonight 28 weeks 14.85 hours average per day at this point. I am trying to hit that 15 hour average but takes alot of over 15 hour days to get there.
And definitly on the winter months for brava getting warm out here in So. California and i don't have ac.
But i want to stick with it for as long as i can and get as much out of this mega session as i can. May have to stop for a few months here before long but would be nice to do the max brava says you should do and that is 52 weeks. I will have to purchase a new set of domes here before much longer. Logged over 1000 hours with the current set. And with it being so hot i have to take them off more often and that wears out the sticky much faster.

I'm from Southern California too! It is definitely getting hotter and hotter and my mom doesn't turn on the ac unless its over 100 degrees and even so she only turns it on for a little while.
I was thinking of taking a break and starting up again when it got cooler but I've already gone this far and I don't want to start all over and wait 5 weeks+ to resume growth. Anyway good luck on hitting 15 hours and 52 weeks! You're more than halfway there!

I was wondering for those who are done with them if they would be willing to sell their system. Buying it new is so expensive! I have been so self concious about how small I feel that I'd like to try it. I'm about a 34A...you can email me at reherrmann@yahoo.com if you'd like to. Let me know how much you want for them!
