These are really helpful thanks; I lifted two of them, as I want some clarification.

Quoting some of the exercises from the websites Andy linked, I’m going to try these. However, I would be grateful if someone else could explain these, I think I understand what I have to do but I want to make sure. The first I have looked up Namaskar so I think I know what to do. Is the last one a windmill type thing? Sorry for being a bit dim guys.
I think I will have to get some light weights to try the last link.
