Ginie, many can move up in domes sizes without any growth. I started NB a 32B, started with the medium sized domes, used them 2 months before needing the large domes, used those 2-4 months before moving to the XL's, I used the L's for a while with the XL's to "prepump" because the XL's are so massive. I got to a 32C with the L's, 32D with the XL's, so yea I used the mediums and moved to the large without any "permanent" growth, but had awesome swelling after each time I pumped. The swelling from pumping becomes permanent over time but it is a long term thing like anything else. The reason why some people grow out of dome sizes more fast than others without growing is because their skin may stretch more, they may swell more inside the domes, but not actually grow, it all depends on the individual. That's why I don't recommend people smaller than say a 34C starting with the L domes because some like me for example needed the mediums to start with, while others may not, it's really not a waste of money, it's better to buy the domes that will fit your size then buy bigger and end up hurting yourself. Hope this clears it up a bit.
Edit: forgot to add, I have big areolas as I was tuberous before noogleberry and my nipples nor areolas got any bigger than they were. I also didn't have any side effects from noogling apart from the red dots if I accidentally overpumped and the red rings right after pumping, my ring marks go away within 15 min to an hour.
