I checked my body temp and it is in the norm zone
so my body temp is o.k.
I did grow from the BB. and I think that I am continuing to grow. so I was just wondering if I sould take a brake now or I not. I don't know. maybe I won't.

I don't have any side effects what so ever. so maybe I souln't take a brake. thank you so much for your help!
