My SP is by the brand Holland & Barrett. It's in capsule format, I tried some "time release" SP that was a solid pill and it didn't work.
Hops really helped....
BUT you don't have to be jealous because as of today my boobs have deflated back to what they used to be or very close to... I don't have the heart to measure but when I touch them I can feel it.
SO disheartening.
I took a break from all the pills to do a cleanse and it's all just gone away.
Going to give it a few more days and try again...
