I've been wondering where you've been recently too! I am totally sending you some major pains right now, telepathically!
Do you take extra protein every day, or only during a couple weeks out of the month? I truly believe HIGH levels of protein is necessary for this BO to work. And it's not just simply about gaining weight (although that can be helpful too). There was a time, a few years ago, that I got up to 140 pounds (gasp! the horror!!!), which I was thoroughly disgusted about; and my breasts were AT MOST 34AAA/34AAAA during that time. All that weight went straight to my booty and my thighs.
But being on BO, and protein, it's like it seems to program your body to store extra fat in your breasts. I've read a few times on this forum how someone will intentionally put on a pound or two during their growing time; and they'll have better growth. When they lose that extra pound or two a week later, the breast growth remains. So if you find that you gain a pound or two from increased protein, and it doesn't appear to be affecting the size of your butt in a negative way, lol, then that's good!
And you're right, do not skip breakfast! I don't know how bad of a sweet tooth you've got, but cutting out as much sugar as you can is supposed to help too. I have a REAL problem with that myself! 
You will get your C cups, this I know! Do you do any visual imagery? Where you kinda get into a quiet, almost meditative state and imagine your breasts are getting larger? Maybe some gentle massage during this imagery would help too? I've heard amazing things about what the body can do, if you tell it to! Sometimes I'm able to calm a stomach ache, or open up a stuffy nose just from relaxing and concentrating on what I want my body to do. Relaxing is really important during this type of thing! I'm trying to figure out how to set aside some time during my day to devote to this myself; to grow boobs, of course. Maybe even expand on this by listening to a favorite song on repeat, and having some aromatherapy scents or lighting a scented candle (lavender!) during your imagery. It could have added benefits; it could subconsciously condition your brain to automatically think about growing your breasts every time you hear that song, or smell that particular scent, no matter where you are! You could be out shopping somewhere, and they'll play that song on the radio, and you'll suddenly be assaulted by major booby pains!
Haha, I'm so weird! Maybe it could work though! My major was psychology; so I can see the potential for this.
At the very least, it'll be a very pleasant way to relax!
