I have been on BO for like 1 year. I only experience some weird spotting on the 14th day of my cycle 2 months back. I had food poisoning and was traveling. When I came home I told my mum (a former fertility nurse) about what happen. She mention to me about having drastic drop of estrogen level will cause spotting to happen during ovulation. But on the 28th day of my cycle I had my period like usual.
