Hey girl.....i don't use the PM, too scared it'll mess with my cycle. ANd after YEARS of having screwed up, heavy and long cycles until I had surgery on th elining of my uterus, I refuse to screw with it. My period is VERY light and usually only about 2-4 days. And despite all i have read about it being awesome for NBE, I am not gonna mess with a good thing. However I have read the posts on it in the past and will con't to.
