Hi all! Long time no touch base, I havnt posted much because unfortunately the grief from my Omas passing hit harder than I ever realised, I kept going in and out of severe depression and anxiety(I still dream about her most nights, she was my best friend) and so I started drinking wine alot but am trying to slow that down, however I have been on my program again in full for a short while now and plan to push through and keep going this time. I have included more old and new foods into my diet which are pro NBE and oh so delicious, these include my fave cold marinated firm tofu(I could eat this all day), probiotic fortified yoghurt with toasted muesli and goji/cranberries topped with lots of fresh pomegranate(the MOST delicious combo I've ever had), roasted macadamia nuts, protein rich meat free substitutes from brands like Fry's and Quorn(Quorn uses mycoprotein which is from edible fungus) however I've also been eating chicken as I do eat this time to time, also been drinking plenty Kombucha as I'm focusing on my gut health and also according to research probiotics can help assist phytoestrogens via the gut. Anyways I've really been filling out my H cups even more especially on my fuller bust which is my left side at the moment. I hope everyone has been well, sadly BN has had a huge influx of bots and spam/scam posts lately, but I think these ones are too unintelligent that it's very very obvious it's bots this time lol. Will touch base again in future!
