33 days post-op :-) The size is small now, but the shape is becoming natural. I have the bottom part beautifully defined now.
Also the fullness is definitely there - before they were sagging down, now they kinda stand out. So even when the size is not dramatic, the shape is. It is now visible I have bigger breasts just because there's the fat cusion at the base. They stand out, all my sport bralets are now feeling small. In most t-shirts I look more defined. When you hold them, there's the soft fat feeling, not the emptiness around the milk ducts. Oh oh, I love them
