3 months into NBE and feel aching in the kidneys?

It's a shame that video's gone, it was really good. From what I recall, the main tip was to increase your fluid intake, but at the same time make the additional intake good fluid - not caffeinated drinks or alcohol. Then there was the apple cider vinegar, which has been mentioned above. The two other things I remember were lemon juice and parsley tea.
