Hi all!
I just restarted my NBE journey as I want melons... that well, look like melons without going under the knife.
I quit my NBE quest about 10 years ago as I hadn't had major results & was smelling like pancakes (due to fenugreek ?) but also worried about how BC would effect it.
Fast forward to now, I'm early 30s, had 2 kids and while I never lost major size, as I started as a 32D/DD with dreams of Jessica Rabbit, they're lackluster now & I've still got dreams of shirts never fitting right.
I finally pulled the trigger on ordering a Noogle system & getting ISOsensuals cream among grabbing some herbs.
I suppose detailing my goals would be useful before I get into what I picked up today...
Goals are to get the girls as big as possible & outgrow the old E cup bra I own, while also basically feeling like every shirt is too small & my husband can't quit staring. The side goal is to make my hips bigger (meaning glutes and even some thigh size) so I'm well balanced. Ultimately I want the most exaggerated look I can have naturally, and have for years, but also accept only so much can happen.
Basic starting stats are as follows:
Age: 32
Bra: 32D, or DD
Hips: 38in
Weight:114
Still waiting on noogleberry/iso to come in the mail but I started the following:
-fenugreek
-wild yam
-ashwaganda
-maca
-dong quai
Plan on picking up flax oil for massage too.
I also take fish oil & beef liver/organs for general wellness.
As for the herbs, I'm redoing research on them so I can best lean into my natural cycle and am doing a subtle phase into them all.
I'd love to hear if I'm missing something but beyond that, I'm happy to be here & back on this journey!
