It sounds like you are planning on a second operation, so I suggest you get the noogleberry now and use it until your op, and then afterwards until your second.  Damage can happen if you apply too much force, no more than mildly painful, and make sure it does not press on your nerves near your armpit. Push it away from your armpit if you feel any tingling in your arm. Keep sessions short, 15 minutes, release, quick massage with oil, back to noogling. Ideally 4 hours per day, preferably split morning/afternoon/evening. Take two consecutive days off every week, but massage with oil several times every day. No long continuous sessions unless at very low pressure. Any red dots, blisters, steam in cup, or bruising indicate too high pressure. Red flush is expected, but not purple. If this happens, stop until cleared up before starting again at lower pressure. Longer use produces results, excessive pressure will not speed growth.
