Help for a newbie (routine critique)

#5

It seems that creating an NBE routine often involves a bit of experimentation, so it's great to hear you're already noticing early signs, such as tenderness. Your plan to include an estrogenic herb, a pro-aromatase, a potentiator, and an anti-androgen sounds like a thoughtful approach. However, I'd personally suggest introducing just one new supplement at a time. That way, you can better figure out how your body reacts to each one.

Regular massage and sticking to the plan for several months can make a significant difference. It's also wise to keep an eye on your weightlifting, as intense workouts might sometimes slow down progress. I'd recommend keeping an eye on any hormone-related side effects too, and making adjustments if you notice any drops in your energy or strength.
