I don't think there would be any harm in taking both shatavari and fenugreek. I'm not sure if it's necessary, but I can't see any reason why you couldn't take them both. If you're tempted I would go ahead and do it. Then there's the question of fennel. Yes it's true that fennel and fenugreek together have proven very effective, so I would always say if you're taking fenugreek it would be worth adding fennel too.
