In answer to the last question, no I don't think growth can get out of control. I've never heard of that happening. There are several examples from Japan of women who grew several cup sizes, but they always had to keep working at it and as soon as they stopped working at it their growth stopped.
By the way, I wouldn't say that this was a funny or naive question. I'd actually class it as a quite serious question and something that's very fair to ask. But as I said, when you stop trying to grow you stop growing. Growth only occurs so long as you're doing something positive to encourage the process.
