Cycling, Breaks, and General Questions

5 days on, 2 days off - This one feels less useful for resensitizing receptors, but would be really easy to track. This would also really help mentally, knowing that the routine is nearly constantly on.
Following my cycle and using the off-cycle stack during luteal (and maybe during my period?) - This one also makes sense, but it feels a bit more finicky and I wouldn't know where to start on picking which herbs to use where.

They all make sense and that's the problem really. All 3 are very plausible, so it's hard to know which direction to go in. Since you could make a good argument for each one it's impossible to say that any of them is definitely the best.
