I am breastfeeding my second baby. I started my nbe journey 10 years ago. Started with barely nothing and too underweight. I started with simple herbs and had tiny growth. Then after pumping milk for my first kid ( He couldn’t suck so I had to pump for 2 years) I had some growth. Then after 8 years on and off nbe I got pregnant with my second. This time I was eating good calories and had some breast size increases during pregnancy. Now I am breastfeeding my 6 months old. She doesn’t like one breast. Eventually supply got low on that breast.Now the size is too small compared to the other one. Is there anything i can do to keep it’s size during breastfeeding. What are the safest methods while breastfeeding. Chat gpt said pumping is not good since our mammary glands/ milk ducts are already increased size for breastmilk production. Help mee?

Hey! I was wondering when you said you had growth after pumping milk, did you retain that growth? Looking to get pregnant myself soon and am wondering what to expect.
