I plan on having foot surgery this fall (have had problems with the bunion on my right foot for years now) which means I am going to be home for 6-8 weeks and I want to pump all day every day while sitting at home and I am looking for the best method. Right now I usually bend over when putting the dome on my breast and then stand up and pump some more.
