Thank you sweetheart but sadly since I posted that things had become incredibly tough and gone downhill, shes had a stroke(2nd one in her life)... and she is progressively getting worse each day, I am truly heartbroken and falling to pieces every day, I have not been able to function properly, I cannot stop crying, my Oma is my everything, so obviously I have been very on and off with my program with all this going on because some days/nights I struggle to even eat one meal let alone take all my supplements, but I am trying because it's what makes me happy, however happiness right now feels very fleeting.
I am proud of you for quitting I have also quit smoking completely I am exactly 7 days now. I'm truly sorry you aren't feeling well mentally/emotionally as I know how that feels especially when it's body image related, I wish I could help more right now but I'm running on very little sleep and exhaustion. With the oil give it a few more weeks of infusing the herbs then you can use it, you can also up the MSM to 3000mg now. Again I'm so sorry I can't be more of a help to you right now, hang in there NBE is a slow process.

Im so sorry ur going through that now, i have been in the same situation recently so i understand what ur going through nowits especially not easy to quit smoking duribgcthis period so please feel very proud and dont be so hard on urself if this is not the period to Quit yet❤️ Be nice with yourself and try to eat and take ur supplements, cry it out and dont put any pressure on urself now and u will come back stronger i promise. ❤️

For me its been a tough period with too much work combined with so much personal and family problems and deaths but now im going to italy to my long distanceboyfriebd and stay there for some months and im terrified i Will let these thoughs affect my experience there. Combination BCs have a super high amount of equivalent progesterone from progestin.  So usually progesterone cream (PC) should be omitted if you are using a combination BC.   If using a combination BC, use pueraria mirifica (PM) on the same 21 days.  Combined BC greatly reduces the estrogen you produce naturally and the added estrogen merely replaces part or all of it.  Estimates vary but I think around 40 mcg ethinyl estradiol replaces normal levels.  It might be less.  They might warn about the risks of the estrogen because outside estrogen is more dangerous than estrogen made in the body.  So PM may still be helpful with combined BCs to balance out the very high equivalent progesterone.  And PM is much safer than real estrogen.  I am not sure how well this combination works because it is hard to find past stories of nbe growth with herbs + combination BC.  That might be because the equivalent progesterone is too high and even high PM might not give the ideal balance (though it is possible it could still help).

For combination BCs with less than 40 mcg estradiol, 1500 mg PM may be good to make up for it.  A little more than 1500 mg might be ok to balance out the super high progesterone.  But a very small portion of nbe programs have used so much PM so it is uncertain whether this is ok for everyone.  And the few that did this before with a combination BC got only a small improvement.  Whereas switching to an all progestin BC (and only 1000 mg PM) seems to be a much bigger improvement in past posts.

Those who grow a little from combination BC alone were usually large chested to begin with and usually don’t get very much.  There are a few growth posts with Nazatia/Qlaira Nomegestrol acetate.  Its progestin might be stronger in the uterus than the rest of the body which may keep it from being too strong, or I am not sure

 why.
