Hi hunny! My Oma went into surgery for her hip after a bad fall which broke it, it's been a whirlwind because all I want is to have her back with me(I help care for her) but she is now doing wonders! She is starting to learn to walk again and her spirits are high   unfortunately I've gotten very sick from visiting the hospital daily so am currently cooped up at home. I hope you have been well? I know NBE can seem very daunting and like alot of information to process but just know once you start on your own program(or follow someone else's one) it becomes routine and very normal/easy
