I meant double the amount of capsules used for the oil infusion in my thread if you are using a larger bottle than I use not to take double the dose internally, with internally I meant to use a fenugreek brand with a high percentage of saponins.
Remember you need to start your full program with all things in place in order to truly get the benefits and it can take months to notice any progress(or much sooner depending on the individual) so never lose hope!
