Mega dosing melatonin that much is basically mental health issues/psychosis waiting to happen. Also keep in mind too high HGH can cause issues like acromegaly which is where bones and soft tissues grow excessively causing deformation along with many MANY other issues. Safe ways to increase HGH that are scientifically proven and safe are doses of MSM, velvet bean/mucuna(though they can cause an increase in testosterone so would need an aromatase boosting herb), certain medications like ones I'm on for my mental health, amino acids such as ornithine, arginine, glutamine etc and also deep sleep so think using certain herbs/teas to boost deep sleep such as longan, passionflower, valerian, lemon balm, red date aka jujube, etc etc 
Also be wary of Reddit me and my friend like to call it a cesspool of misinformation and stories lol people trash post on there alot across all the subs, half the time it's made up jargon or clickbait.
