That fenugreek is definitely no good anymore as it would be very out of date so buy some more, alternatively you can buy 1000mg fenugreek on iherb it's a very common dosage, if you choose to stay with the 500mg version it just means you empty in double the amount of capsules into the oil infusion.
No you don't mix creams with the oil at all, try wild yam first as it works for many it's in my own massage oil too.
You need to keep at a good program for atleast 3 months every day in order to see any change so don't give up too quickly.
Yes this is because as I said your hormones are all very low.
My amber glass dropper bottle is 100ml, if you choose a bigger size you could still do the same amounts of herbs for the infusion but personally I would do more as my version is for a 100ml of oil. Sorry if Im not too helpful this time I'm just incredibly flustered/overwhelmed as I've just moved houses and have sooo much to do
