For me 4 months was the magic number. It'll probably vary amongst individuals.

I don't know the outcomes of others who kept going beyond the suggested 4-6 month range - unless they posted them in the personal programs section.

I appreciate your response! I have surgery scheduled for end of June which will put me just shy of 4 months. Since I’ve plateaud I don’t think I’ll benefit going to 6 months for this round. Hopefully 4 months is my magic number too
