That wild yam looks good, I use about half a teaspoon of pure wild yam powder (from a qualified herbalist here in my country) in my oil infusion so basically you could empty as many capsules of that wild yam onto a teaspoon and measure up to half a teaspoon to put in.
That Jasmine oil is very fake and cheap and definitely full of filler at such a price for so much, you can't trust Amazon and the like for actual pure therapeutic grade essential oils especially not ones as precious as jasmine oil, I suggest ordering from "REVIVE essential oils" or possibly this one from the brand Aura Cacia on iherb

It's pricey but actual proper essential oils that are pure without fillers are priced accordingly, you won't find true certified therapeutic grade essential oils for the likes of $10 (AUD)or so and Jasmine is a precious oil so it's always more pricier than others like lavender, you will find most jasmine oils on iherb besides the one I just linked are only like 3% jasmine oil and the rest is jojoba oil etc so you aren't getting pure straight jasmine oil with those. So definitely invest and buy your jasmine oil from revive or the other one I linked is a good alternative
Also nws lovely so glad to help!
