Ashwaganda is an adaptogen herb not estrogenic it helps with stress and balance and so on. PM is very strong so the fact you want to start off with something lighter I'd say not to use it, you can try fennel as it's very very safe and gentle plus many other benefits, you will want to take however many capsules to get about 2000mg worth daily, you could also soy isoflavones which very weakly mimic estrogen potentially boosting it a little bit which again it's quite safe but very weak, still you said you want to start off light so these two are the lightest you could really try. Lastly you could also try fenugreek oil as massage(I infuse my fenugreek into my oil I don't take it internally) it's great at adding fat to the applied area for many. Yes I get a few of my supplements from iherb it's a GREAT resource it has literally everything! I even just got my longan tea from there from the brand Dragon herbs. But I get most of my actual herbs from actual herbalists/naturopaths just to make sure it's higher quality, though iherb has some amazing brands on there that can be good quality too like the brand imperial elixirs, I however buy my fish oil from a very good Australian brand here called Swisse. So yes you can definitely find these things at iherb! Also I forgot to say earlier, with herbs according to herbalists and naturopaths you should always take your herbs 30 minutes or longer prior to eating or 2 hours after eating as this helps with absorption and lowers the interactions with food. Alcohol tinctures are really your best bet too as they absorb about 90% whereas capsules absorb about 50% or something hence I take more.
