All good lovely! With prolactin it's a shame you couldn't get the results for that, so with that being the case we just won't focus much on prolactin now and more on estrogen and progesterone! Given the results you have very low estrogen and progesterone! This is VERY likely why you havnt grown! For reference I tend to have very high estrogen and progesterone higher than I've ever seen on both breast nexus and Nexum, my estradiol is 1311 pmol/l and that's when I'm due for a new estradiol pellet, my progesterone is 35.0 nmol/l so absolutely you can use herbs/glandulars for BOTH estrogen and progesterone! Lastly your testosterone is somewhat decent but you could definitely use an Aromatase boosting herb to lower it some and convert it to the estrogen you need, as your testosterone is 0.75nmol/l and mine is 0.7nmol/l but keep in mind some testosterone in natal females is important for health! I personally don't produce any testosterone besides the micro amounts from the adrenals hence I tend to have non existent levels. I would suggest the following from your results
1: White peony(paeonia lactiflora to be exact) for Aromatase boosting which will help turn that testosterone into estrogen
2: Red clover for estrogen and progesterone
3: Hops for estrogen(hops targets more estrogen receptor alpha than estrogen receptor beta and estrogen receptor alpha is what you want for breast growth)
4: MSM for growth hormone boosting which you are already taking (you can always increase the dose of this as people take upwards of 8000mg or more safely)
6: Good quality fish oil or borage oil for healthy fats
5: Massage with a good plumping oil or estrogenic oil which you are already doing my massage method
You can play around with your program and dosages to find the right dosages/supplements for you and your individual body! Personally I'm all up every day taking 2400mg hops, 3600mg fennel, and 125 drops all up red clover tincture(this is a 1:1 ratio which is the most potent you can take of a tincture and also alcohol based for the best absorption, glycerine based absorbs less and doesn't contain as much of the key nutrients from the herb as an alcohol extract as any herbalist will tell you, alcohol tinctures are always much more absorbed in the body than capsules but most people cannot afford to take high quality tinctures for all their herbs) and that's just herb wise. So glad you got your test done because even without the prolactin result it's very clear that hormonally you can definitely benefit from herbs and/or glandulars.
